Note: After the RSC Theatre invitation in January 2015, previously reported, I have declined all subsequent invitations from RSC. Above updated from April 2017, given the modest increase in LSSO tickets, ticket prices for Rattle concerts, and also the Reception and evening guided visit to Japanese House.     381
